One of the things I’m most proud of is helping manage a small rental property where I handled a mix of tenant communication, scheduling maintenance, rent tracking, and day-to-day problem solving. It taught me how important it is to stay organized while also being approachable and responsive to tenants. I liked being the person people could rely on when something needed to get done quickly and correctly. A big part of the job was balancing the needs of the tenants with the goals of the property owner, I always try to stay proactive and professional.
CAM Strategies
I’m very proud of how our team continues to grow strong relationships we make with the people we work with from owners and tenants to vendors. We have had the good fortune of working with many of these folks for decades and have a strong bond built through trust. Your success as a property manager largely hinges on how you show up for your clients, residents, and maintenance team and we have done a wonderful job keepong those relationships strong.

The orange shoes are not a trophy. They are a symbol of being seen. When you see a peer wearing them, you are looking at someone whose invisible work has been brought into the light.
The Orange Shoe Movement supports Ghana Make a Difference—a Boise-based nonprofit focused on shelter, education, and medical missions for vulnerable children.
