Terms of Service

You are submitting a Request for pest extermination. The Pest Assurance plan benefit does not pay for preventative treatments, service for “non-covered” pests, pests not affecting the interior, or maintenance and repairs that may be related to pest control.

Submission of a Request for non-covered pests may result in a quote provided to you, and you will be liable for payment of such quote if you choose to proceed to service. The plan benefit includes up to 4 paid Requests per 12 months.

An adult (18+) must provide access to any areas required to be treated and any pre-treatment instructions must be complete at the time scheduled with the service provider. If the service is unable to proceed due to these requirements not being met, a missed trip fee may be applied against the Request limit.
